Article 1: Definitions.

Any sale made by Otaku Importation on behalf of a customer therefore implies that the customer has read these general conditions of sale and adheres without reservation to these same conditions. The customer thus waives any application of his possible general conditions of purchase.
Article 2: Purpose of these General Terms and Conditions.

We offer quality items made by fans for Genshin Impact fans, with the aim of satisfying the expectations of our passionate customers.
In order to constantly improve our offering, we reserve the right to modify or remove any item from our product catalog.
Regarding delivery times, we do our best to respect them, but we would like to point out that the information provided is given as an estimate. Indeed, lead times may fluctuate depending on production or delivery hazards, such as service provider delays or force majeure events in manufacturing plants.
Article 4: Order.
1 – Order validation.
The act of sale is only final after receipt of the order confirmation by the customer by email. This is provided by Otaku Importation via its email address contact@genshin-store.fr . The order confirmation delivery time is 24/48 hours, corresponding to the processing time of the said order.
Any order placed on the site Genshin-Store.fr are final once the order confirmation is sent by email. As a reminder, the delivery time is given as an indication.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

2 – Order modification.
To request modification of information relating to an order. The customer has 24 hours to notify their request by email to the following address contact-genshin-store.fr . You will be asked to provide all information relating to the order regarding the modification request.
Any order modification request must be validated by email by Genshin-Store.fr . The response time is 24 hours.
Article 5: Price.
The products offered on the Genshin-Store.fr site are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated by the customer. The prices indicated are in euros and all taxes included (TTC).
The Seller may offer one-off discounts on certain products. These discounts are already taken into account in the prices displayed on the Genshin-Store.fr website.
Prices are firm and final throughout the validity period indicated on the Genshin-Store.fr website. However, outside this period of validity, the Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Article 6: Order regulations.
The Genshin-Store.fr site only offers payments in euros (€) for purchases.
Several secure payment methods are offered:

This suspension will end upon receipt of the corresponding payment. We therefore invite you to ensure that you have sufficient balance before placing an order.
Article 8: Monitoring and delivery terms.
Please note that delivery times shown on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed. Indeed, they may vary depending on different factors, such as delivery times from our suppliers or processing and delivery times from third-party delivery companies. Furthermore, we inform you that article 12 of our general conditions of sale also applies.
Delivery times are expressed in working days and may vary depending on supply chain fluctuations. We endeavor to meet stated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delivery delays which may be caused by factors beyond our control. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Article 9: Delivery errors.
We are aware that despite all our efforts, it may happen that the item received does not correspond to the one you ordered. In this case, we ask that you please inform us as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
After this period, we will no longer be able to accept complaints for this particular item. We therefore encourage you to carefully check your order upon receipt, to ensure that all items received correspond to those you ordered.
In the event of a complaint, we invite you to contact us quickly, providing us with all the necessary information, such as the order number, a detailed description of the anomaly observed and photos if possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible and offer you suitable solutions.
It is the customer's responsibility to check their order completely. After 24 hours, any claim will be considered invalid.
Article 10: Right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will ask you to provide us with certain information such as your order number, identity and delivery address.
1 – Withdrawal of products.
At Otaku Importation, we are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers. In the event of a problem, our customer service is at your disposal to assist you in your efforts and provide you with a suitable solution.
Any request for cancellation or refund (total or partial) of a product must be justified by factual and measurable elements. A period of 48 hours after receipt of the order is left for the customer to declare any comments on the product received.
Please note that it will not be possible to request cancellation or reimbursement (total or partial) for late delivery, in accordance with article 9 of these general conditions of sale.
2 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Please note that customizable items, such as made-to-measure products, are not eligible for the right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation. Therefore, orders for these products cannot be canceled or refunded once production or customization has begun.
3 – Return policy.
The products must be returned in their complete original condition, that is to say with the packaging, accessories and instructions, allowing them to be put back on sale in new condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Products which have been damaged, soiled or which are incomplete cannot be returned. It is important to note that any return must be authorized by Otaku Importation beforehand, otherwise it will not be validated.
4 – Reimbursement of customers.
Otaku Importation undertakes to reimburse customers who request after-sales service or order cancellation, in accordance with its withdrawal policy. The refund will be made according to the initial payment method chosen by the customer when ordering. However, in the event of return or cancellation fees from the payment platform, these fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
Please note that due to Paypal's new regulations, the customer will not be refunded the Paypal commission in the event of a refund. This commission will be retained by Paypal.
Article 11: Force majeure.
The responsibility of Otaku Importation cannot be called into question if the non-execution, or delay in execution, of the order or of one of the obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unpredictable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the civil code.
Thus, Otaku Importation is not responsible in particular in the event of accident, fire, flood, interruption of the supply of energy, raw materials or equipment, as well as in the event of total strikes or partial actions of any nature hindering the smooth running of its activities, such as strikes by postal services, energy suppliers, telecommunications, etc.
The occurrence of a case of force majeure has the effect of suspending the execution for Otaku Importation of the contractual obligations of the order or of these general conditions of sale.
Article 12: Guarantees.
1 – Legal guarantee.
Products sold by the site Genshin-Store.fr are guaranteed according to the terms of the suppliers involved in the order. In accordance with article 1245 et seq. of the civil code.
As a result of the products supplied, if they cause damage to property or a person, it is the responsibility of their manufacturer. However, it is up to Otaku Importation to provide all the information in order to provide support in the process initiated by the customer.
In addition, the articles benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L214-4, L217-5, L217-7 of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects in articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code.
2 – Commercial guarantee (optional).
Otaku Importation does not currently offer additional warranty service. However, it reserves the right to modify this policy if it offers in the future an extended warranty, a subscription or the sale of used products.
Article 13: Intellectual property law.
This site is protected by French copyright legislation. The names, brands and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any use or reproduction, in whole or in part, of this site by any means whatsoever constitutes an infringement which may be punished by the owners. Otaku Importation uses images from Genshin Impact from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD , whose property rights belong to them.
Article 14: Information technology and freedoms.
Otaku Importation, and its merchant site Genshin-Store.fr prohibits any practice of marketing its customers' data. The customer when registering can subscribe to our newsletter from which it is possible to unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to the following address contact@genshin-store.fr .
Any customer can also request that their data be deleted. To do this, send an email to the following address contact@genshin-store.fr . This deletion will be effective within 48 hours and will be confirmed by email.
Article 15: Partial non-validation.
In the event of an order, Otaku Importation reserves the right to cancel all or part of it, whether or not it can be completed. Costs incurred upon cancellation may be reimbursed according to the terms provided for in article 11 of these general conditions of sale.
Article 16: Applicable law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. The Otaku Importation company is domiciled in Metropolitan France. Local law therefore applies to any commercial action between Otaku Importation and its customers.
Article 17: Disputes.
In the event of a dispute, Otaku Importation and its client will endeavor to find an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the customer can call on a consumer mediator. Since January 1, 2018, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator to amicably resolve a conflict with a professional. This possibility is provided for by the order of August 20, 2015 relating to the extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes, which transposes into French law the European directive of May 21, 2013 on this subject.
If mediation fails, all disputes between Otaku Importation and its client concerning the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale will be submitted to the competent court under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The customer can use the dedicated mediation service free of charge, in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code.
